What is your return policy?

As chocolate is highly perishable we do not accept returns. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly refund the amount.


What is your privacy policy?

We do not collect any personal information, such as credit card number, name, address, email, for any use besides processing your order, including freight.


Do you do corporate gifts and events?

Yes! We have many options and experience in catering small and large corporate events and parties. Call or email us to discuss your options.


How does shipping work?

Packages will go out for shipping Monday-Wednesday (excluding holidays) to the United States and Canada. Orders received after Wednesday at 10:00am will go out the following Monday. We ship via USPS and FedEx. In warm weather situations, all orders will be shipped with ice packs to ensure the quality of the chocolate. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

Once the order ships you will receive tracking information. If you do not get an email, please contact us. When possible, we recommend shipping to a secure cool location.


How should I store my chocolate?

Chocolate should be stored in a closet or pantry without direct sunlight at 68°. If you do not have air conditioning in warm months, you may choose to refrigerate your chocolate. If this is the case, it should be put in a secure container to prevent exposure to humidity. Always allow chilled chocolate to come to room temperature before enjoying it.


What is your cancellation policy?

While your order is still pending, it is still possible to cancel your order. However, once the order is in process, it can no longer be cancelled.
